GREENVILLE, SC – July 9, 2012 – Turn Key Roofing LLC recently expanded to a 4500 square foot flex facility located at 2496 New Easley Highway/123 in Greenville County. Mark Griffin with Langston Black Real Estate represented both parties in the long term lease deal. The Lessor is RML, LLC.
Turn Key Roofing chose this location due its proximity to the Anderson, Greenville, Northern Greenville County, and Western NC markets. Roadway visibility from 123 was also a top consideration. Turn Key was currently occupying a smaller facility near downtown Greenville.
