Russ Cantrell Elected as 3rd Vice Commander at South Carolina American Legion’s 105th Annual Convention

Fourth Vice Commander Russ Cantrell has ascended to the 3rd Vice Commander’s chair at the 105th Annual Department Convention of the South Carolina Department of the American Legion. He was successfully elected by the convention delegates and sworn into office on May 18th, 2024.

Cantrell is a member of the American Legion Copeland-Davidson Post 56 in Clinton, SC.
