Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate combines forces

Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate announced the consolidation of their northeast Columbia area offices. In a effort to strengthen the company and provide better quality services to their agents, the Russell & Jeffcoat agents in the Pontiac office will be combining forces with other Russell & Jeffcoat locations. This is an exciting time as Russell & Jeffcoat continues to position themselves for an even greater 2016.
Russell & Jeffcoat completed 2015 as the number one real estate company in the market place bettering the combined production of the number two and three companies. Ron Roe, CEO of Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate, said “We are looking forward to 2016 and all the progress the real estate industry and our company will continue to make. A change in Russell & Jeffcoat’s Irmo office also has taken place during this time of strengthening forces, Tiffany Smith has decided to step down at the Broker-in-Charge. Smith will remain with Russell & Jeffcoat and looks forward to focusing more on listing and selling real estate. During Smith’s time as the BIC for the Irmo office she had grown the office 18% in the number of sales and 26% in the number of listings. Smith will be a hard act to follow, this is why Russell & Jeffcoat is turning to Lynwood Munsey to lead the Irmo office. Munsey is extremely well respected among the real estate community and will bring great enthusiasm and professionalism with her from Pontiac to the Irmo office.
