COLUMBIA,SC – June 25, 2009 – Ron Roe, CEO of Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors, announces the addition of Wanda Carnes to the Corporate Office. Wanda will serve as the company’s Land Manager and will be responsible for land acquisition and development sales for Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors.
