Rusty Griffith and Talley McDaniel affiliate with Carolina One Real Estate

William V. ‘Rusty’ Griffith and Talley Anne McDaniel have recently joined Carolina One Real Estate in two separate lowcountry offices. Griffith will be associated with the West Ashley Carolina One office on Orleans Road near Citadel Mall while McDaniel has chosen to work from Carolina One’s Coleman Blvd. office in Mt. Pleasant.
Rusty Griffith received his BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and his MBA from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University in Maryland. Griffith, who is a licensed CPA in both South Carolina and Maryland, has had an illustrious career as a CFO for several organizations including Peleton Partners, PropertyRoom.com and Leapfrog Solutions, Inc.
A native of Washington, DC, Griffith is married with 3 children and has lived in Charleston for the past 3 years. An avid cyclist, Griffith also enjoys golf, woodworking and furniture restoration.
A recent transplant to Charleston from the Charlotte, NC area, Talley Anne McDaniel has been a licensed Realtor® since 2014. While in North Carolina, McDaniel was affiliated with Allen Tate Realtors®, where she was a member of that organization’s Real Estate Winners Circle.
A graduate of Menlo College in the Silicon Valley town of Atherton, CA, McDaniel received a BA degree in Mass Communications before receiving a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from San Jose State University.
McDaniel was previously employed by Menlo College as the Director of the Alumni Association and as the Associate Director of Admissions. Married with 5 children, McDaniel resides in Mt. Pleasant with her husband Kevin.
