Ryan Young and Drew Scharf join Cushman & Wakefield in Charleston, S.C.; Eric Ridlehoover to serve as Managing Broker for Cushman & Wakefield in Charleston

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Ryan Young and Drew Scharf have joined the firm as Senior Director and Associate, respectively. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield announced that Managing Director Eric Ridlehoover will relocate from Charlotte to serve as the Managing Broker locally.

Young, Scharf and Ridlehoover will form a new industrial team and are expanding the firm’s brokerage capabilities in this sector throughout Charleston. Ridlehoover will play a dual role leading the firm’s Charleston office while also serving as a member of the team.

Young and Scharf are among Charleston’s leading industrial brokers in representing both investor clients and tenants’ requirements that are driven by the Port of Charleston and South Carolina’s dynamic economic development. They join Cushman & Wakefield from Avison Young.

Ridlehoover also specializes in industrial real estate and brings two decades of brokerage and leadership experience to his new role. He has ties to the Charleston area having lived on James Island during part of his childhood and graduated from the College of Charleston.
