Sagacious Partners adds Fox and Ros to bolster project management services

November 15, 2017

Columbia-based Sagacious Partners has added Laura Ros as a Project Manager and Katie Fox as a Senior Project Manager, the project management, executive coaching, and Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) implementation firm recently announced.

Ros and Fox together make up the management team for multiple K12 education STEAM programs in the Columbia area, as well as the day-to-day management of idea-platform What’s Next Midlands. These projects are all under the umbrella of Sagacious Partners client EngenuitySC, a local nonprofit whose mission is to make the Midlands the most competitive and prosperous it can be.

“We are always looking for team members who share our core values and get excited about helping companies and communities grow,” said Meghan Hickman, COO and partner of Sagacious Partners. “Laura and Katie definitely fit that mold. They make a great duo for their projects and work together really well. I can’t wait to see the things they can accomplish as a team.”

Prior to joining Sagacious Partners, Ros worked in the media industry for six years, and enjoyed cultivating relationships and building campaigns for local businesses. She graduated from the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a B.S. in Advertising and minor in Theatre Arts. She currently serves on the volunteer committee for the Children’s Trust of South Carolina annual gala, and also fosters dogs for local shelters.

Fox comes to Sagacious Partners from Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College where she served as Executive Director. She has also served as a public school teacher, a theatre professional in Cincinnati, Chicago, and Seattle, and as the Director of Arts Education and Artist Entrepreneurial Development for the S.C. Arts Commission. Fox holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri and an M.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and serves on the boards of the S.C. Arts Alliance, The Power Company Collective, and Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands.

“Having a team that cares deeply about our community sets the tone for the work we do. Laura and Katie embody what it means to love where you live and do purposeful work in that community,” said Hickman.

In addition to project management services, Sagacious Partners offers executive coaching and Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) implementation in the Midlands and beyond.
