Samantha Wallace named Bank of America Market Executive for Upstate

Bank of America announced that Samantha (Sam) Wallace has been named Market Executive for Upstate SC.

In her role, Wallace will be responsible for helping lead the bank’s local efforts across the Upstate to connect businesses, families and individuals to the banking and investment resources that will help improve their financial lives. Working closely with Bank of America Upstate SC President Stacy Brandon, she will also oversee community partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropy.

“We are excited to welcome Sam to Bank of America in this important leadership role on the Upstate SC team,” said Brandon. “Her experience and relationships will enhance our partnerships to make our community an even better place to work and live.”

Prior to joining Bank of America, Wallace spent over two decades in the fields of management consulting, small business ownership, and business development.

She co-founded Edible Upcountry magazine and M. Judson bookstore. Wallace has also served on numerous local, statewide and regional nonprofit boards.

Originally from Missouri, she has a BS in Communications from Northwestern University and dual degree MBAs from the University of Texas at Austin and ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico.

Wallace and her family have lived in the Upstate since 1998.
