Sarabeth Jordan Boutique to Host Fundraiser for Main Street Clinton Fund
September 16, 2024On Thursday, September 19th, Sarabeth Jordan Boutique in Laurens (100 S. Public Square) Laurens, will be giving back to the community with a special fundraising event to support the Main Street Clinton Fund. This initiative comes in response to the recent fire that devastated businesses and historic buildings on Musgrove Street in Clinton.
Sarabeth Jordan, the owner of Sarabeth Jordan Boutique, has deep roots in the area. Although she grew up in Laurens, she attended Clinton High School and Presbyterian College, and now resides in Clinton with her husband. Jordan expressed her heartfelt connection to the community and the impact of the recent disaster.
“Clinton is a special place to our family, and the loss of businesses and historic buildings on Musgrove Street has been heavy on my heart,” Sarabeth said. “In an effort to give back to the community I love, a portion of all sales on September 19th will go to the Main Street Clinton Fund. We will also be accepting donations that day, with 100% of those donations going directly into the fund.” The fundraiser includes instore and online purchases made on Thursday, September 19th.
In addition to the fundraiser, the boutique will be celebrating Health Care/First Responder Appreciation Day. All health care workers and first responders will receive a 15% discount on their purchases that day.
Sarabeth encourages everyone to support this worthy cause. “Thank you for your support. Please share this event with friends and family and help us spread the word!” she added.
The event is a testament to the strength and unity of the Clinton community, reflecting the spirit of resilience and support for one another in challenging times.
