SC Thrive appoints Casey Pash as President and Chief Executive Officer

SC Thrive, a nonprofit dedicated to leading South Carolinians to stability by providing innovative and efficient access to quality-of-life resources, announced the appointment of Casey Pash as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 5, 2026. Pash follows long time CEO Tricia Richardson who retired in May of 2025.

Pash brings more than 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in South Carolina, with a strong background in building organizations, growing resources, and serving thousands of South Carolinians on an annual basis. Prior to joining SC Thrive, she served as President and CEO of Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina.

“We are thrilled to welcome Casey as our new President and CEO,” said Quincy Haliday, Chair of SC Thrive’s Board of Directors. “Her leadership, vision, and deep commitment to linking South Carolinians with community and essential resources positions SC Thrive for continued growth and impact into its next leadership chapter.”

In this role, Pash will lead the organization’s strategic direction, oversee operations, and work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to advance the mission of SC Thrive.
