Scott Davis With Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors® Earns CCIM Designation

COLUMBIA, SC – Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors® congratulates Scott Davis, Broker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Columbia, SC, upon earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The honor was bestowed upon Davis during the CCIM organization’s 2014 Midyear Business Meetings April 28-May 1 at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

Scott Davis has 30 plus years of real estate experience and specializes in office and retail leasing and sales. He is a member of the local, state and National Associations of Realtors (NAR). Scott was honored as the Central Carolinas Realtors Association Realtor of the Year in 2006 and the Meritorious Service Award in 2013.
