Scott Garvin, President, Garvin Design Group, and Fred Delk, Executive Director of the Columbia Development Corporation, talk about the renovation of the Palmetto Compress Building in downtown Columbia.  Once threatened for demolition, the 325,000 square foot building will soon become home to over 400 residents as well as retail shops. Importantly, it will help “connect the dots” from the Vista, the university, and the river.
