Scott Peevy, CCIM of NAI Charleston, represented the landlord in the listing & leasing of two Class A flex spaces recently at Longpoint Commerce Center off Long Point Rd. in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Suite 104, an ±8,731 SF flex showroom/warehouse, was leased by The Warehouse, a competitive and recreational dance studio. David Seay and John Teffeau of The Brokerage represented the tenant. Suite 113, a ±8,598 SF flex warehouse space, was leased to an undisclosed recreational tenant and was represented by Sara Bodell and Kip Bowman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic.
“Demand for flex warehouse space in the Charleston market, Mt. Pleasant specifically, continues to be very strong,” said Scott. “There was a high amount of interest in both spaces, and I’m happy to have helped facilitate two new stable additions to the rent roll for our client. The new occupants will be great compliments to the neighboring tenants.”
