SCRA’s Jeff Walters Earns Project Management Professional® Designation

CHARLESTON, SC – July 6, 2009 – Jeff Walters, SCRA Senior Systems Engineer, has successfully completed the Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination and has earned the PMP® designation. PMP professionals successfully lead and direct high performing project teams.

Walters has been with SCRA since 2003. He directs the software development activities related to Project SeaHawk and the United States Coast Guard Watchkeeper Portal. 

Walters graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a lifetime member of Eta Kappa Nu electrical engineering honor society and a member of the Summerville Community Orchestra.
