SeamonWhiteside announces new hires

Landscape architect and civil engineering firm, SeamonWhiteside announced the following new hires. The office has locations in Summerville, Mt. Pleasant and Greenville.

 

Jason Smith, Registered Landscape Architect

Jason Smith is a registered Landscape Architect with a degree from Clemson University. He began his career in Colorado, later moving to Charlotte, and is now back in his hometown of Summerville, SC. Throughout his career, Jason has developed a wide-range architecture portfolio, including master planning for large-scale single-family and commercial developments, along with executing multi-family and park projects.

Luis Marin, CAD Technician

Luis Marin graduated from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 2016 with a certificate in Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Luis currently assists SeamonWhiteside’s design engineers on a variety of residential, infrastructure and commercial projects as a member of the Mount Pleasant office.

Steve Glover, CAD Technician

Steve Glover joins the SeamonWhiteside team after relocating to Charleston from Charlotte, NC. As a graduate of Clemson University, Steve initially worked for a telecommunications firm. There, he gained experience assisting in the installation of pertinent utilities. Steve now works for SeamonWhiteside as a CAD technician and is a member of the Mount Pleasant office.

Bryan Thomas, CAD Technician

Bryan Thomas earned an associate’s degree in civil engineering technology from Horry-Georgetown Technical College. After graduation, he worked as a civil CAD technician for a civil engineering and surveying firm in Pawleys Island, gaining experience in commercial, single-family and multi-family home sites. Bryan resides in Georgetown and currently works in SeamonWhiteside’s Mount Pleasant office.

Sean Taylor, CAD Technician

Sean Taylor is a recent graduate of Trident Technical College with an associate’s degree in engineering graphic design. He joined SeamonWhiteside’s Summerville office in 2017 as a CAD technician. Sean has many years of experience working in both the steel industry and for the U.S. Air Force.
