Senior Associate William Neinast joins Nelson Mullins in Greenville

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a national, full-service law firm with more than 1,000 attorneys and legal staff, has added William Neinast to its Greenville litigation team.
Neinast will focus his practice on products liability litigation, professional liability litigation, and commercial litigation and business torts, real estate, and premises liability matters. He has significant prior experience in high-exposure personal injury litigation, including trucking and aviation accidents. Neinast has also served as primary and secondary counsel in the successful defense of appeals.
An accomplished litigator already early in his career, Neinast was recently named to Greenville Business Magazine’s 2023 Legal Elite list.
He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
