Serendipity Labs offering three months free to new tenants in August

September 4, 2018

The Upstate’s latest premier co-working space is offering a special rate to new tenants in September.

Serendipity Labs Greenville is offering a two-month rent free proposal to tenants who sign one-year contracts in the space starting in September, said Ashley Stidfole, director of sales. This would mean a client would get 14 months in the space for the price of 12.

Serendipity Labs is an upscale hospitality brand offering a flexibleĀ workplaceĀ option for large companies, mobile professionals and independent workers.Ā It plans to open its first site in South Carolina later this year at the former Piedmont Plush Mill located on Highway 123 heading into the western edge of downtown. It is slated to open in October.

With a vibrant professional atmosphere, a variety of workstyle settings, and events curated by local Greenville staff, Serendipity Labs is designed to encourage serendipitous interactions that result in new ideas and business connections.

ā€œSerendipity Labs is bringing a new concept of co-working space to Greenville,ā€ Stidfole said. ā€œWe offer a lot of amenities that business owners will want out of a shared work space.ā€
