CHARLESTON, SC – ServisFirst Bank announces the opening of its 8th region with the addition of its new banking center in the Greater Charleston / Tri-County market of South Carolina. The team is led by Charleston native and veteran banker, Thomas G. ‘Tom’ Trouche as President & CEO, and is comprised of Robert H. “Bobby” Warrick, as Senior Vice President and Senior Lender, Benjamin ‘Allston’ Moore, III as Senior Vice President, Private Banking, and Seth Horton as Senior Vice President, Business Development.

Recently, ServisFirst Bancshares Inc. announced its fourth quarter earnings of 2014. Highlights for 2014 and the fourth quarter include:

    • Net income increased 27% year over year
    • Diluted earnings per share increased 10% year over year, including the impact of a 14% increase in average diluted shares outstanding
    • Loans increased 18% year over year, all organic growth
    • Deposits increased 13% year over year, all organic growth
    • Added 13 new commercial and private bankers in 2014 for a total of 91 commercial and private bankers

Thomas G. ‘Tom’ Trouche, President and CEO, ServisFirst Bank South Carolina

With over 26 years of banking experience, Tom Trouche leads ServisFirst Bank South Carolina as President and Chief Executive Officer. A Charleston, SC native, he previously served in various roles with First Citizens Bank for over 13 years, most recently serving as Coastal Division Executive. With a thorough knowledge of South Carolina’s banking needs, Trouche will develop and lead the ServisFirst Bank South Carolina team as they provide top of their class banking services to commercial and private banking clients.

Trouche received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from College of Charleston. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, and previously served as Chairman of the Board for Mason Preparatory School in Charleston.

Robert H. “Bobby” Warrick, Senior Vice President, Senior Lender

With over 27 years of banking experience, Bobby Warrick joins ServisFirst Bank South Carolina as Senior Vice President and Senior Lender. Previously serving as Commercial Market Executive for CresCom Bank, Warrick will service client-lending needs throughout the Greater Charleston Region, including loan approval, credit underwriting and portfolio management.

A Mount Pleasant native, Warrick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. He graduated from Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking.

Benjamin ‘Allston’ Moore, III, Senior Vice President, Private Banking

With over 23 years of investment and banking experience, Allston Moore joins ServisFirst Bank South Carolina as Senior Vice President of Private Banking. A Charleston, SC native, Moore previously served as Senior Vice President, Team Leader for First Tennessee Bank. In addition to his specialty of medical and legal banking services, he will provide high net worth clients with comprehensive, personalized banking services, as well as evaluate the needs of potential clients and offer appropriate financial products and services to meet their needs.

Moore received his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Historical Society and The First Tee of Greater Charleston, as well as Treasurer for St. Michael’s Church.

Seth Horton, Senior Vice President, Business Development

With over 11 years of banking experience, Seth Horton joins ServisFirst Bank South Carolina as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Previously serving as Senior Vice President, Eastern South Carolina Sales Manager for PNC Bank’s Healthcare Banking Division, Horton will be responsible for the development of the ServisFirst Bank’s portfolio in the Tri-County region by establishing and building on his relationship with the respected business community.

Horton received his Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at The Citadel and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communication from Clemson University. He currently serves as a member of Citadel Mentor’s Association.
