With a career spanning more than 20 years in residential real estate throughout the Lowcountry, Langdale brings his clients a blend of market knowledge, design sensibility, and valuation expertise.
Langdale began his real estate career shortly after college, working in property valuations across the area before earning his certification as a real estate appraiser in 2000, a designation he still actively holds today. In 1998, he purchased his first investment property, launching what would become a portfolio of more than 400 successful transactions ranging from classic ranch homes to custom, high-end residences on Kiawah Island. His hands-on experience provides clients with valuable insight into whether a property is move-in ready or has potential for transformation.

Licensed as a real estate broker since 2005, Langdale initially used his license to manage his own transactions.
