Six new recruits land at Carolina One

CHARLESTON, SC – Carolina One Real Estate Services has announced that six new sales associates have signed on with the brokerage.  Katherine Drerup, Legare Jones, Christopher Licata, Theresa Lufkin, Jennifer Pratt and Vanessa Villalobos will be working from six different Carolina One offices in the metro Charleston area.

 

Joining the Mt. Pleasant Coleman Blvd. office, Katherine Drerup, a Washington, DC native has lived in Charleston since 2013.  A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism, Drerup was formerly the Communications Coordinator for the Charleston School of Law.  A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Drerup enjoys photography and travelling. 

 

 

William Legare Jones is a graduate of both the University of South Carolina and the General Motors University Dealer School.  A 30 year veteran of the automobile sales industry in Tennessee and South Carolina, Jones has lived and worked in Charleston for the past five years.  The newest member of Carolina One’s downtown Broad Street office, Jones enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing and boating local waters.

 

 

 

 

Christopher Licata has chosen the Mt. Pleasant sales office on Highway 17 North to further his already successful real estate career.  A Realtor® since 2013, Licata is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and received his MA in Marketing from St. John’s University.  Prior to becoming a Realtor® and focusing in the corporate and small business arenas, Licata enjoyed a 27 year career with A+ Computer Systems, Lucent Technologies and AT&T.  Married with four grown children, Licata enjoys both the theater and the symphony.

 

 

 

Carolina One’s New Homes Division is happy to welcome back Theresa Lufkin as their newest site agent working at Brightwood Plantation in Huger, SC.  A professional Realtor® since 2001, Lufkin was previously associated with national home builder DR Horton and is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI).  A recipient of several Prism Awards for Sales and Marketing from the Home Builders Association, Lufkin is also a licensed skin care therapist.  Her hobbies include bowling, paddle boarding and practicing yoga.

 

 

Jennifer Pratt was born in Dorchester, MA and is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, TX.  A Charlestonian since 2008, Pratt owned and operated a teak furniture business in St, Thomas, US Virgin Islands.  Working from Carolina One’s Folly Road office, Prat also has a jewelry manufacturing business and teaches cycling classes at Gold’s Gym.

 

 

 

 

Born in Valencia, Venezuela, Vanessa Villalobos moved to Charleston from North Carolina where she was employed as a sales representative for the Sears Corporation.  Prior to that Villalobos studied English at Miami Dade College in Miami, FL.  A resident of the West Ashley area, Villalobos will be working from the Charleston Central office on Orleans Road near Citadel Mall.  In her free time, Villalobos enjoys walking and playing with her two dogs.
