Sloan Appliance Service receives national award

Sloan Appliance Service, 635 Frink Street, Cayce, SC was presented the Whirlpool “Excellence in Service Award.” Sloan Appliance is one of only four service providers in the United States to receive this prestigious award.
The award was based on performance achievement in areas focused on customer satisfaction of Whirlpool customers during the service process. “It is quite an honor to receive this award and I give full credit to our skilled and dedicated employees for their pursuit of excellence,” said Fred Holbrook, owner of Sloan Appliance Service. Buck Renteria, Whirlpool’s Director of Factory Service, presented Mr. Holbrook with this award at the Whirlpool Factory Certified Care Service Network Annual Convention in Tucson, Arizona.
