South Carolina BLUE is helping South Carolinians navigate ACA Open Enrollment

South Carolina BLUE (SC BLUE), part of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, is offering free, in-person support to help individuals and families explore ACA Marketplace plan options and make informed decisions during Open Enrollment (Nov. 1, 2025-Jan. 15, 2026).
Local health insurance advisors are available at SC BLUE Center locations in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Myrtle Beach to help residents:
- Compare ACA Marketplace plan options.
- Assist with enrollment and renewal paperwork.
- Clarify subsidy eligibility and answer coverage questions.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome.
SC BLUE Centers will offer extended hours during Open Enrollment:
- Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
