Southern Trade Outfitters Brings Top Brands to Laurens County

With the opening of Southern Trade Outfitters in downtown Laurens top name brands and sought-after clothing and accessories are readily available right here in Laurens County.

Southern Trade Outfitters opened its doors to customers on Friday, September 17th with an impressive variety of top shelf brands and featuring many South Carolina brands including:
- Southern Tide – Greenville
- Southernology – Easley
- Kanga – Greenville
- Southern Fried Cotton – Greenville/Clemson
- Toadfish – Charleston
- Good Ole Boys – Myrtle Beach
- Rheos – Charleston
- Young Road Dove Company – Clinton
Located on the historic square in downtown Laurens, the store is expansive and owner Christie Finley says they have more merchandise coming. Finley is no stranger to retail as she also owns and runs Southern Twist a local boutique just down the street from Southern Trade Outfitters. Southern Twist opened in March 2019 and is also expanding their product lines.
“We want residents to have the options to purchase top brands in Laurens County,” said Finley. “We are bringing our customers some of the best outfitter clothing and accessories and will continue to expand our product offerings.”
Finley along with her son, Blake Finley who is the store manager, look forward to expanding product lines and bringing the outfitter experience to Laurens County.
The store offers something for everyone including apparel lines for men, women and children, hunting gear and accessories. In addition to the South Carolina lines they also carry Southern Marsh, Avery, Banded, Scout, Shoot and Reel, Old South, Huk, Groove Life, Frogg Togg, Drake Waterfowl, Simply Southern and their own “STO” branded t-shirt line.
Store hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am – 6 pm, Friday 10 am – 8 pm, and Saturday 10 am – 3 pm. You can also follow them on Facebook to hear about new products.
