Southern Visions Real Estate closes the sale of a former Lexington restaurant

Southern Visions Real Estate announced the sale of a 7,500-square foot former restaurant located at 938 North Lake Drive in Lexington. Sales associate Rhett Kelly represented the seller, Royalty Properties LLC, in the transaction. The building was purchased by Krish Investment Holdings, LLC for an undisclosed future use.
