To receive the free upgrades, a customer must purchase a qualifying home valued at over $40,000 in September and have it delivered by December 19th, 2008. Customers who order their homes by September 15th will also receive free gas for a year.
These optional upgrades include a heavy timber roof, decorative timber, premium wood windows or aluminum clad windows, floor trusses, a metal roof and rails and pickets for a porch or deck.
