Spartanburg Chamber welcomes Suzanne Beam as Membership Development Specialist

SPARTANBURG, SC – The Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce has expanded their team with the addition of Suzanne Beam as Membership Development Specialist.

As Membership Development Specialist, Beam will generate, develop, and coordinate membership investments in the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce. She will also work with prospects and new members to find additional investment opportunities to enhance members’ business promotion needs, such as sponsorships, advertisements, affinity programs, and events.

“I am excited to welcome Suzanne to the Chamber team. Her past experience with member engagement and service will be of great value not only to our members but to the entire Spartanburg community,” stated John Kimbrell, executive vice president of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

Beam has extensive experience in sales, client relations, and account management. Prior to joining the Spartanburg Area Chamber, she worked as a Community Service Representative for Home Instead Senior Care in Gastonia, NC. Beam also has previous Chamber of Commerce experience with her roles as Manager of Member Sales and Manager of Member Engagement for the Gaston Regional Chamber in Gastonia, NC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University, and is a graduate of Leadership Gaston.
