Spartanburg Water announces a promotion in Human Resources

Spartanburg Water announcee the promotion of Hariette Stinson to the position of Human Resources Manager. In her new role, Hariette is responsible for planning, directing and supervising all aspects and activities of the human resources function for the company.
Hariette has been employed at Spartanburg Water since October 2007, when she was hired as the Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to her new role, she served as the Customer Service Manager for three years. Before coming to Spartanburg Water, Hariette was owner/operator of Abby’s Grill in downtown Spartanburg for 10 years.
Hariette holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
