Spartanburg Water announces new hire in Collection and Distribution Department

Spartanburg Water announces the hiring of Hal Morris as a Project Engineer with the Asset Engineering Group and part of the Collection and Distribution Department. In his new role, Hal will develop and manage projects associated with the rehabilitation of Spartanburg Water collection and distribution infrastructure.
Hal has more than 25 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design, construction and project management, having previously worked for Spartanburg Water from 2003 to 2007. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
