Spartanburg Water announces promotion of Billing Coordinator

Spartanburg Water is pleased to announce the promotion of Tara Fleming to the position of Billing Coordinator. In her new role, Tara will be responsible for the coordination of utility bill processing and daily operating activities of the Billing section.
Tara has been employed with Spartanburg Water since April of 2015. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative and moved to the Billing section in December 2016. Tara holds a B.A. in History from the University of South Carolina, Upstate.
