Spencer Ashby joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Spencer Ashby as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office.

Spencer joins Coldwell Banker Caine with experience in real estate with another upstate firm, where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year and Regional Top Listing Agent for 2015, as well as numerous monthly Top Performer accolades. He has a strong background in sales and marketing through his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the start up, Cartera Commerce, and as an account executive with Hearst Corporation and Promotion Pod.

Spencer stays actively involved in his community as president of his neighborhood’s Homeowners’ Association. He also enjoys serving at his local soup kitchen.
