Spring Valley Rotary Club hosts Red Cross Blood Drive July 24
July 11, 2018Spring Valley Rotary Club has scheduled a Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, July 24 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Spring Valley Presbyterian Church located at 125 Sparkleberry Lane in Northeast Columbia.
Donors need to be a minimum of 17 years of age and in general good health. Individuals who are 16 years of age can donate if accompanied by a parent. High school students and other donors 18 years of age and
younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.
To make an appointment, call Diane Junis at (803) 873-0254 or sign up online at www.redcrossblood.org. (Type in the sponsor code of SV Rotary and follow the directions.) Appointments are strongly encouraged and walk-ins may need to wait. For questions regarding donor eligibility, call the Red Cross at (803) 251-6000.
