Spruce: Services and Solutions Expands Team

GREENVILLE, SC – Spruce: Services and Solutions, a residential and commercial cleaning and maintenance services company with offices in Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC, is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees to its team. Heather Listar is the company’s new Office Manager and Corey Bailey joins Spruce as its first Maintenance Specialist. These two positions were created both to accommodate the company’s growth of its customer base and to continue the expansion of its service offerings.
Will Bruce, who owns Spruce, explains, “As demand rises for a top-to-bottom, all-inclusive property maintenance service provider, Spruce is dedicated to setting the standard for the quality of service our customers have come to expect. With the addition of Heather and Corey, we will be able to enhance the focus on customer service and add more services our customers are asking for, such as monthly, quarter and yearly maintenance package for residential and commercial properties.”
Heather Listar comes to Spruce with an extensive background in business development, real estate, and property management, including the management of a large portfolio of properties spanning five states. Most recently, Heather owned and operated a successful property management company. As Spruce’s Office Manager, Heather will be responsible for leading the administrative and business operations of the company, paying close attention to the customer service experience.
Corey Bailey brings more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry to the newly-created position of Maintenance Specialist/Contractor. He owned and operated Bailey Construction/Maintenance for ten years prior to joining Spruce’s team. Bailey will spearhead Spruce’s movement into small-scale repairs and improvements within both commercial and residential business sectors, in an effort to provide more comprehensive service to clients.
