GREENVILLE, SC – Statement from Mayor Knox White:

“My fellow City Council members, and the entire City of Greenville, join me in extending heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims of this senseless tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers are also with Mayor Riley and our peers at the City of Charleston as they work tirelessly to bring the perpetrator of such an unspeakable crime to justice so that their beloved city can begin the healing process. Our community has already begun seeking ways to support the citizens of Charleston, and as often happens in the wake of something so evil, I know that the Charleston community, and the entire state of South Carolina will come together in solidarity.”
