Stephanie Flock principal of C.E. Williams Middle School South

Charleston County School District (CCSD) announced that Stephanie Flock has been appointed as the new principal of C.E. Williams Middle School South Campus, effective July 1, 2025.

Flock brings nearly three decades of experience in education, including extensive leadership roles that have prepared her for this next step. Most recently, she served as Assistant Principal at Lucy Beckham High School where she played a key role in curriculum development, student intervention programs, and faculty leadership. Prior to that, she was the Principal of Morningside Middle School where she successfully implemented STEM initiatives, project-based learning programs, and expanded student support services. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to academic excellence and student-centered learning.

As she steps into this new role, Flock is focused on enhancing instructional strategies, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring a positive school culture. She is eager to work alongside students, teachers, and families to create dynamic learning experiences that prepare students for success both inside and outside the classroom.
