Stephen Layne joins Wyche

GREENVILLE, SC – Stephen Layne has joined Wyche as an associate, focusing his practice on transactional matters with an emphasis on corporate law.
Prior to joining Wyche, Layne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis, United States District Judge in Columbia, SC. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Clemson University and a summa cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where he was Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review.
