Superintendent Ben Higbie promoted to General Superintendent, Coastal Division

Mashburn Construction announced the promotion of Ben Higbie.

Superintendent Ben Higbie will continue to be assigned to projects in the superintendent role but after proving in his 4 years with Mashburn that he is more than able to take on a larger role in the company he has been promoted to General Superintendent, Coastal Division

Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Ben Higbie to the position of General Superintendent Coastal Division.  Ben has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry supervising projects ranging from small upfits to supervising the build-out of the 50-story Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City.

Ben’s responsibilities will include assisting the Project Superintendent and Project Team to ensure that all Mashburn jobsites are following the company’s Quality Control and Safety requirements, working with executives on project assignments and responsibilities, checking on all Coastal Division job sites to ensure projects have the required manpower to complete each project on schedule and within budget.  Ben will also work with management on complex staging and constructability issues while providing additional support to each Project Superintendent ensuring all projects are run smoothly.
