Susan Galloway has been named the 2nd Quarter Community Champion Award winner, recognized for her leadership and dedication to beautifying Clinton through her work with Clinton Canopy.
As the driving force behind Clinton Canopy, Galloway leads a group of passionate volunteers who help maintain and enhance the city’s parks and green spaces. From planting flowers to caring for trees, her efforts have made Clinton’s outdoor spaces more welcoming and vibrant for all to enjoy.
“People like Susan are what Keep Laurens County Beautiful is all about,” Stonell said. “She sets the tone and shows how working together with others really makes a lasting difference in our community.”
The Community Champion Award is presented quarterly to individuals who go above and beyond in service to their community. Galloway’s commitment to beautification and her ability to mobilize others make her a standout recipient.
