TD Bank adds three to team on coast

CHARLESTON, SC – TD Bank announced three new hires to their team on the coast. Aaron Brewer joins TD Bank as Charleston city executive, Scott Warren as senior commercial relationship manager and Suzanne Lynch as commercial real estate manager.
Aaron Brewer joined TD Bank in 2011 and has been promoted to the bank’s city executive for Charleston. He is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and growing lending and cash management offerings within the business community. He also oversees recruitment and talent management. Brewer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Clemson University and graduated the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania in 2013. He is a legislative committee member for the South Carolina Bankers Association and is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and Maritime Association of South Carolina. He currently serves as the treasurer for the Exchange Club Foundation of Charleston and as an officer on the Board for One80Place.
Scott Warren joins TD Bank with 18 years of experience in the lending industry as senior commercial relationship manager. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial and business relationships, and offering TD Bank’s portfolio of lending services to businesses and real estate developers. Warren earned his Bachelor of Science degree from College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for March of Dimes and the James Island Exchange Club.
Suzanne Lynch joins TD Bank’s Commercial Real Estate team as a commercial real estate manager. She is responsible for serving the financial needs of top-tier commercial real estate firms and developers. Lynch has more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and previously held positions with Wells Fargo. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga. Lynch currently serves on the Board for several organizations including Helping and Lending Outreach Support (HALOS), the Charleston Jewish Federation and Synagogue Emanu-EL.
