COLUMBIA, SC – Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the recent sale transaction of 113 Reed Avenue located in Lexington, SC. Jeremy Wilson, CPM, CCIM of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the buyer, ET Lexington, LLC, in the sale of the two-story office building containing 51,512 square feet on 3.72 acres which is currently occupied by TD Bank. Ben Kelly, CCIM of NAI Avant, represented the seller. 113 Reed Avenue sold for $5,500,000.
