Team behind Charleston’s award-winning Prohibition takes over shuttered main street Public House, plans “Miracle on Main” Christmas pop-up

Beloved Christmas Pop-Up Cocktail Bar Miracle beginning Nov. 22nd
Charleston’s award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant Prohibition is coming to town and taking over the Main Street Public House location at 1556 Main Street. Starting Monday, November 22nd, the team will launch the beloved Christmas Cocktail concept “Miracle.” Miracle on Main will bring the holiday spirit to life with festive decorations, over the top lighting, delicious cocktails, fun glassware, and themed events.
Soda City Residents can enjoy the Miracle festivities from 11a.m. until late seven days a week through the end of December. Guests will be greeted and seated on a first-come, first-serve basis, however you will be able to reserve space for holiday parties and private events through our group sales department. Following the Miracle on Main pop-up, the new ownership will transform the former Main Street Public House into Prohibition. “We are delighted to take over the Main Street Public House space and share the holiday spirit with our community as a Miracle partner,” says James Walsh, Co-Owner of Prohibition. “Miracle is a great way to meet our new community before introducing Prohibition to downtown Columbia in the New Year. Bringing the Prohibition concept to Columbia has been a goal of ours for many years and we are grateful for this opportunity.
