Team Caughman Adds Three New Members

LEXINGTON, SC – Team Caughman/ERA Wilder Realty has added three new team members to help market and sale the Columbia Metro area.  These three individuals along with Charles & Mary Caughman will continue to grow the team’s success.  New Members include Jay Dyson, Libba Barrineau and Nicholas Caughman.

Jay Dyson, a South Carolina native has been a paralegal for 10+ years.  She is married to Alonzo Dyson, Sr. and has three children.  Jay is a member of the National Realtors Association and is C.O.R.E Certified.   Jay will be joining Team Caughman as a realtor.

Libba Barrineau, also a SC  native, comes to Team Caughman with 23 years experience in the tourism industry.  Barrineau was most recently the tourism sales manager at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC.  She has also served as executive director of the Statesville Convention and Tourism Bureau and as director of sales and marketing for the Cabarrus County Convention and Visitors Bureau, director of tour and travel for the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau, and tour and travel sales manager for the DeKalb Convention and Visitors Bureau.   Barrineau holds a Bachelor of Science in hotel, restaurant and tourism administration from the University of South Carolina and currently resides in Lexington, SC, with her husband, Scott, son, Brighton, and daughter, Reilly.  Libba is joining Team Caughman as a marketing specialist.

Nicholas Caughman joins Team Caughman with big ambitions.  Nicholas graduated from Ben Lippen High School in 2014 and is attending USC majoring in Business.  Nicholas knows the meaning to hard work and joins the team with determination.  When Nicholas is not attending school or working he enjoys golf, being out on Lake Murray and other outdoor activities.  Nicholas is joining Team Caughman as a Realtor.
