Tew Named Vice President at Flagship Properties

GREENVILLE, SC – Joshua Tew has been named Vice President of Flagship Properties’ commercial division. Flagship Properties is a Greenville-based real estate company that provides sales and leasing services throughout South Carolina.
In addition to representing clients in their commercial real estate transactions, Tew provides client consultation for capital improvement implementation, real estate investment financial analysis, and feasibility analysis.
Tew joined President and Broker-in-Charge Benji Smith at Flagship Properties as a commercial sales and leasing associate in 2012. He has also provided assistance in Flagship Properties’ property management division. When Smith and partner Jon Pickhardt assumed operation of The Office Centers in 2013, Tew added leasing and marketing for the 80,000 square-foot executive suites company to his responsibilities.
Tew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and holds an MBA with an emphasis in real estate development, also from Clemson. He presently serves as Vice President and President-elect of the Clemson MBA Alumni Association Board. He also serves on the PULSE Leadership Enrichment Committee.
