Located on the site of Lake Murray Marina in Lexington-Richland School District Five, Marina Bay will feature luxury rental residences with resort-style amenities at The Residence at Marina Bay, a new waterfront restaurant by Liberty Tap Room, as well as the existing Lake Murray Marina, Lake Murray Boat Club and Better Boat Rental companies, which continue to serve customers daily.
