The Beach Company adds new talent in Charleston and Kiawah River

The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management, announces the addition of new team members in Charleston and Kiawah River to begin in early 2026.
Mollyann DeVoie
Mollyann DeVoie has joined The Beach Company as Property Manager where she will oversee performance, operations and resident experience at both The Jasper and The Charles in Charleston, S.C. In her role, DeVoie will ensure each property meets The Beach Company’s high standards of excellence, providing a superior living environment while achieving revenue goals. She will collaborate closely with ownership, regional leadership, vendors and on-site teams to enhance operational efficiency, maintain asset value and foster strong resident and community relationships.
Originally from Williamstown, Mass., DeVoie brings an extensive background in property management and holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and tourism management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Jalen Reeves
Jalen Reeves has joined the team as Chef de Cuisine at The Spring House in Kiawah River. A Charleston transplant by way of Charlotte and Upstate New York who came South to escape the snow, he’s looking forward to experiencing the seasons at Kiawah River. Reeves met his wife in Charleston, and they’re excited to welcome their first child this July.
Reeves brings a coastal Italian & Mediterranean culinary background, a passion for pizza dough and a deep appreciation for Lowcountry flavors, including fresh seafood and locally sourced produce. In his role, Reeves looks forward to cooking, connecting and sharing memorable meals with the Kiawah River community. He’s eager to refresh the menu and introduce new event concepts—guests are encouraged to stop by the Spring House to experience what he brings to the table.
