The Beach Company announces a promotion and two new hires

The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management, announced a promotion and three new hires.

Will Freeman has been promoted to director of brokerage at The Beach Company. In this role, Freeman will be responsible for new business development, management and operational oversight of Beach Commercial as Broker in Charge, in addition to his ongoing leadership at Beach Residential. Freeman’s experience leading Beach Residential, coupled with his passion for real estate and strong desire to succeed, will serve him well in this combined role, providing synergies across The Beach Company’s real estate brokerage platforms to expand opportunities for our agents and clients.

Pierce Parlier has been hired as project manager at Gulf Stream Construction, a Beach Company subsidiary and full-service general site contractor specializing in civil construction and infrastructure. In this role, Parlier will be responsible for on-time and on-budget completion of contracts. Originally from Illinois, Parlier received his bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from The United States Naval Academy, and prior to this role, Parlier served as construction manager for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Council for five years.

Vincent Wilcox has been hired as junior commercial broker at Beach Commercial, a Division of The Beach Company. In this role, Wilcox will facilitate the purchasing and leasing of commercial properties for Beach Commercial’s clients. Originally from Massachusetts, Wilcox earned his bachelor’s degree in commercial real estate finance from The College of Charleston, and previously served as an intern with Beach Commercial as sales support.
