The Beach Company announces new headquarters at The Jasper

The Beach Company announced today the relocation of its corporate headquarters to The Jasper, a new luxury 12-story mixed-use building located at 320 Broad Street in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood. The Beach Co. will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of The Jasper’s office complex. The company’s headquarters was previously located at 211 King Street.

In addition to premium office space and dining and retail options, the landmark building includes 219 luxury residences for lease with panoramic views of the Ashley and the Cooper rivers, Atlantic Ocean and Charleston Harbor.
The Jasper is designed by Antunovich Associates of Chicago in partnership with LS3P and DesignWorks of Charleston. The project’s general contractor is Balfour Beatty.
