The Brew – Chamber to Host Local Networking Session August 17

Laurens County Chamber of Commerce has announced the next session of “The Brew.”
The event will be held on August 17 from 8:00-9:00 am at Laurens CPW (212 Church Street, Laurens). Laurens CPW will host the meeting at their facility and sponsor the breakfast.
The event will begin with a presentation by local entrepreneur Diane Smith, owner of Designs by D in Friends. Smith will end the presentation with 3-4 questions for the audience relating to topics that will help accomplish her business goals. The audience will then participate in Q&A and feedback to help and support the presenting entrepreneur. Afterward, attendees are encouraged to use the remaining time to network!
Previous sessions of The Brew have proven to be popular and those attending have enjoyed active and lively discussion of the issues presented. If you’ve never attended one of these events, consider coming and being part of the solution at the local level.
