The Charleston Forum panelists available for interviews

June 13, 2018

On Thursday, June 21, join the community for a continued candid conversation about race. This year’s forum builds off last year’s inaugural event and seeks solutions to many of the issues raised, with a particular focus on racial disparities relating to education and economics.

Join us for dynamic speakers including CNN Commentators Paris Dennard and Bakari Sellers, Head of Google’s Southeast Public Affairs Lilyn Hester, Superintendent of the South Carolina Public Charter School District Elliot Smalley, President and CEO of the International African-American Museum Michael Moore, Alana Simmons, founder ofHate Won’t Win and the granddaughter of Mother Emanuel massacre victim, Reverend Daniel Simmons, and many others.

The full list of speakers is found on the forum website: https://thecharlestonforum.com /speakers/.

Several speakers are available for interviews leading up to the forum and during the event.

To book interviews, please contact Meaghan Norman at [email protected] or (803) 253-8284.
