The Charleston Metro Chamber welcomes Kristin Hysner as Marketing Coordinator

The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the addition of Kristin Hysner as Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Hysner will be responsible for managing the Chamber’s social media presence, developing content, supporting project management for the marketing team and assisting in the creation of promotional visuals and graphics.

Hysner brings a strong foundation in digital marketing and community engagement. Prior to joining the Chamber, she served as Social Media Manager for a marketing agency in Conway, SC, where she focused on content strategy, brand storytelling and audience engagement. Her earlier experience includes internships with Clemson University Student Affairs and Creative Services and the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Visit Myrtle Beach team, roles that allowed her to hone skills in marketing strategy, event promotion and partnership-driven campaigns.

A native of Myrtle Beach, Hysner graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. While at Clemson, she gained hands-on experience creating campaigns and collaborating with diverse teams, preparing her for a career dedicated to strategic communication and community impact.

Now calling Charleston home, Hysner is eager to immerse herself in the region. She looks forward to supporting local businesses through her work at the Chamber while enjoying the city’s culture, culinary scene and coastal environment.
