The City of Columbia will hold its third annual “Jump Start Your Heart” Day Party to promote heart health awareness

WHAT: February is National Heart Month and in conjunction with the Go Red movement, which encourages awareness of heart disease and heart health, the City will hold the third annual “Jump Start your Heart” Day Party”, Saturday, February 21 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., at Finlay Park.
The “Jump Start Your Heart” Day Party will feature a variety of FREE activities including health screenings, giveaways, health related exhibitors, workouts, pickleball demonstrations and more!
The exhibitors will be open for the entire duration of the event for individuals who just want to drop in and get educational/health related information and materials.
Connor Shaw, Founder of HRTHDL, will be in attendance and actively participating in the event, lending his support to heart health awareness and community wellness initiatives.
There is no cost to participate.
